In Device Manager a device is flagged (under 'Other Devices') as both '690LC' and 'Unknown Device'
A quick Google seems to indicate that this is a driver issue with my NZXT Kraken X61 CPU cooler.
Under 690LC/Properties/Details/Device instance path, it reads, USBVID_2433&PID_B200CCVI_1.0
I have no idea where I might find this driver. Does anyone? I can't find any downloads at the NZXT site.
Using the Windows 10 Driver Update feature leads nowhere.
Also, my cooler doesn't seem to be listed in Device Manger. Or am I not looking in the right place?
Thanks.
D.
Ps. According to Speccy, my i6800k is running at 24 degrees C.

Hello Everyone
I just recently put together a new build and have run into what I think is driver problems with my new NZXT Kraken x61. On my first boot I noticed that there was a failed install on a driver labeled 'Asetek USB...'. I at first thought it was nothing important. Later in, I noticed that NZXT's CAM (the cooler controller) did not recognize my cooler. When I searched around in my device manager I found a missing driver called '690LC' and when I looked this driver up, sure enough it was related to the Kraken. It really does suck because at the moment the NZXT website is down (of course) and all the other sites have proven to be not very helpful. SO, if you have ANY solutions, I would love to hear them. (Also yes, I have tried the Antec ChillControl and it also cannot find my cooler).
Thanks Guys!
